Terms of Use | XX CRYPTO

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the XXCrypto platform available at www.xxcrypto.com (the “Platform” or “XXCrypto”, or “we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Nature of Services.

1.1 Educational Platform. XXCrypto provides tutorials, demo simulations, video courses, and content designed to help users understand blockchain, Web3, and cryptocurrency trading.

1.2 Copy Trading Features. The Platform enables users to view strategies and, if they choose, copy them through their own CoinW account.

1.3 No Custody of Funds. XXCrypto does not handle deposits, withdrawals, or user funds of any kind. All trading activities are executed exclusively on CoinW or other third-party platforms, which are subject to their own terms and conditions.

1.4 Content Delivery. The Platform may use virtual IP characters, AI tools, and analyst commentary to present educational and strategy content.

2. Eligibility.

(a) You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction); and

(b) You may only use the Platform where lawful to do so; and

3. Accounts.

(a) You may be required to register for a XXCrypto account to access certain features.

(b) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

(d) XXCrypto may suspend or close accounts in cases of suspected misuse in any way, fraud, or breach of this Agreement.

4. Relationship with CoinW.

XXCrypto and CoinW are separate and independent platforms.

XCrypto and CoinW are separate and independent platforms.
All deposits, withdrawals, and copy trading transactions are conducted directly on CoinW and are subject solely to CoinW’s rules and agreements.
XXCrypto has no responsibility for trading outcomes, funding operations, or losses incurred on CoinW.

5. User Obligations.

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
Infringe on intellectual property rights of XXCrypto or others;
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
Misrepresent information or impersonate others.

6. Intellectual Property

All tutorials, strategies, IP characters, videos, and other materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of XXCrypto or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal educational purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercialize Platform content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Risk Acknowledgment

7.1 No Financial Services. XXCrypto is not a broker, exchange, custodian, portfolio manager, investment advisor, or financial institution. The Platform does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

7.2 Educational Purposes Only. All tutorials, strategies, simulations, IP-based content, AI tools, analyst commentary, and other materials on the Platform are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They should not be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision.

7.3 Copy Trading Risks. If you choose to copy or follow any strategy displayed on the Platform through your CoinW account, you acknowledge that:

(a) Such decisions are made entirely at your own discretion and risk;

(b) Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results;

7.4 No Guarantee. XXCrypto makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding:

(a) The accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or completeness of content;

(b) The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Platform;

7.5 Independent Responsibility. You remain solely responsible for:

(a) Evaluating the suitability of any educational content or strategy;

(b) Conducting your own independent research and due diligence;

7.6 No Liability for Third Parties. XXCrypto is not responsible for the actions, omissions, performance, or failures of CoinW or any other third-party platform integrated or linked with XXCrypto.

8. Termination.

You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time.
XXCrypto may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement, misuse the Platform in any way, or if continued use could cause harm to XXCrypto, other users, or third parties.

9. General Limitation of Responsibility.

XXCrypto shall not be responsible for:

Trading losses or damages resulting from strategies copied via CoinW;
Failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party platforms or services;
Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and whether foreseeable or not, resulting from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

10. Amendments.

We may update or revise this Agreement from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Platform, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

11. Governing Law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republis of South Africa. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
